Hello. Would you tell us what's wrong with you?

◆This is Kurosu Clinic, nearby Asakusa in Tokyo Japan, to provide medical care of general internal medicine and pediatrics for outpatients who are babies, children and adults.

◆We can see nonnative patients having conversations in English, and we also receive in some other languages (Chinese・Korean・Filipino・Thai・Vietnamese・Spanish・Portuguese and so on) by means of manuals for medical consultations of those ones.

◆We see
・common cold (high fever/chill/throat pain/headache/sneeeze/runny nose/cough/joint pain)
・migraine
・sleeplessness/sense of unease
・UTI;urinary tract infection
・exanthema/itching (nettle rush)/sunburn/insect sting
・pinkeye/eye itching/eye infection
・stomach pain/throwing up or feeling like that/LBM;loose bowel movement/constipation
・short of breath/chest pain/irregular pulse

influenza (inspecting by rapid antigen detection test)
chicken pox
herpes zoster
measles
rubella (also known as German measles)
erythema infectiosum
adenovirus pharyngitis
Hand, foot and mouth disease/ Herpangina
whooping cough (Bordetella pertussis infection)
mycoplasma pneumonie
streptococcal throat infection
sexually transmitted diseases such as chlamydia, genital herpes, syphilis etc
mosquito born diseases like dengue fever

ischemic heart disease (ready for electrocardiogram, echocardiography)

chronic cough (check up by Xray, blood test and sputum culture in need)
asthma (avalable inhalation and injection treatments)

IBS;Irritable Bowel Syndrome
・in such a case of spending all your medicines from your GP

◆We can not see
・injuries that seem to be needed surgical suture
・anaphylaxis due to food allergy or other factors with hypotention, trouble breathing and loss of consciousness
・a critical status like unconscious for more than five minutes at least, and cardiopulmonary arrest

◆ Powdery and syrupy sweet tasting medicines are available for babies and children.

◆After examination you may have a prescription as necessary and will be able to buy medicines bringing that at a pharmacy two doors away from our clinic.

◆Japanese insurance card is optional, however you will owe all cost of medical expenses yourself if you don't carry it with you. And you submit a valid card, we are going to pay back a part of health insurance treatment.

◆A residence card or a passport is required.

≪To overseas travelling visitors especially≫
◆If you are not covered by insurance you will have to pay the full cost of medical expenses yourself.

◆Please be sure to bring your passport and document (e.g. overseas travel insurance claim form for specific procedure ), so that we will fill in a form then and there if necessary.

◆Medical cirtificates are also available in cases of paying back medical expenses from your travel insurrance companies.

◆We offer that payment is made in Japanese yen and yen-denominated traveller's check only, any credit cards are not acceptable.

◆Indeed it would be better not to have getting seriously sick during trip, but if, by any chance, a life-threatening urgent matter should occur to you or your families, let your tour-conductor or passers-by know immediately (We Japanese will certainly listen to whomever in trouble regardless of nationality),and consider have them make a call for an ambulance.
